Return & Refund Policy

This return and refund policy applies to all orders placed on our website, shipping to the United States, Canada, and all other global regions.


1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return & exchange service starting from the date the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Any return request submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligible Return Conditions
To qualify for return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product is brand new, unused, unpowered, uninstalled, and unmodified.
No wiring, soldering, testing, or installation traces.
All original packaging, labels, serial numbers, and accessories are complete and intact.
No scratches, damage, or missing parts.
The item can be resold in new condition.


3. Non-Returnable Situations (Important)
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Products that have been powered on, wired, installed, or used in any project.
Damage caused by incorrect voltage, wrong connection, reverse polarity, improper operation, or user modification.
Scratched, damaged, altered, or missing serial numbers and labels.
Damaged or incomplete original packaging.
Man-made damage or over-current burnout after installation.
Clearance items and customized products.


4. Return Shipping Fee Rule
Unwanted / Wrong purchase (no quality issue): Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Defective, damaged on arrival, or wrong item sent by us: We cover return shipping cost and provide replacement or full refund.


5. Restocking Fee
If the returned item shows slight signs of use, damaged packaging, or missing accessories that affects resale value, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee or partial refund according to the item condition.


6. Return Process
Contact our support team via official email with your order number, item photos, and problem description.
We will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will provide return address and return instructions.
Please ship the item via trackable shipping method.
We will inspect the returned item after receipt, and process refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.


7. Warranty Service
We provide 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover: improper installation, user damage, over-voltage burnout, modification, or accidental breakage.


8. Refund Method
All refunds will be processed to the original payment account (PayPal, credit card, or other original channels).
