1、Q: Why is there no response when turning the potentiometer?
      A:When the voltage difference between input and output is less than 2V, turn the potentiometer clockwise repeatedly until you hear a slight click or the screen data changes

2、Q: Which batteries is it compatible with?
      A: The adapter works with DeWalt 18V/20V batteries. The step-down regulator supports 11–70V batteries.

3、Q: Can the output voltage be higher than the input voltage?
      A: No. The adapter has the same input and output voltage. The step-down regulator output must be at least 2V lower than the input. The adapter has electronic switch, low-voltage protection, voltage display, and extra output ports.

4、Q: Is it normal for the module to get warm during use?

      A: You need to set the low-voltage protection threshold correctly. As batteries age, their voltage drops rapidly under load to below the CL value, triggering shutdown. If this happens, lower the CH and CL settings.
