FQA
1、Q: After it's properly connected, why doesn't the vehicle move or only moves at a low speed when the pedal is pressed?
A: This situation is due to an overly large P - value setting in the PWM. The maximum speed percentage pwm max = 100 - PWM P - value. To output 100% speed, set it to 0. A smaller P - value means a higher maximum driving speed.
2、Q: How to handle the damage of one or more modules?
A: Please find us through Amazon messages or after-sales email, and we will do our best to solve the problem for you.
3、Q: Can the wires connected to the 12V output port of the adapter be used to connect a motor?
A: No. The DC-DC 12V output has a maximum current of 2.5A, while the motor load exceeds 2.5A. This will cause the adapter's output to repeatedly disconnect and reconnect alternately.
4、Q: It can only run for a short while after starting and needs to be restarted constantly. Why does this keep happening?
A: Three scenarios: PWM voltage set too high (needs lowering); battery aged with false charge (needs replacement); adapter 12V output current exceeds 2.5A (needs troubleshooting and disconnection).
5、Q: Can this upgrade solution be applied to vehicles with any type of motor?
A: It can be modified. However, beware that using a higher - voltage battery with a small motor can easily burn the motor. For 12V or 6V motors, don't set the P - value too small; make it larger to reduce output power.
